Did you know that it's important to use the right facepaints !!  Once upon a time,  many facepainters used CRAFT paints in facepainting.  These paints are great for wood and ceramics,  but terrible for the skin.   TIMES have CHANGED !!!    Today,  facepainters use water based makeup paints that are formulated specifically for use on the skin.  These paints are some times called "hypo allergenic" because they have been approved for use by the FDA because they are gentle on the skin and wash off easily with soap and water. We use water-based makeup from the best known suppliers in the industry...  Snazaroo,  Kryolan, Fardel and Paradise Paints by Mehron.
